Summary of Services
At San Diego Tropical Ceremonies and Diamond Events Photography, we offer everything from customized officiant services, to beautiful professional photography, event coordinating, wedding packages, ala carte items, pre-marital consultations and blessings for individuals. It is our mission to customize the services and provide the assistance that will best fit the needs of our special couples. To honor and thank our men and women that serve our country, active duty military and seniors, 60 and over, are eligible for a discount to be assessed upon booking **Note that smaller ceremony set up with 25 or less people can sometimes waive the need to get a permit at certain locations. Required permits for ceremony sites need to be acquired by the couple.
Package Summary
Officiant Services and 80 minutes of Photography Package (#2) is one of our most popular packages when couples don't require package set up. This package includes full officiant services and high quality customized photography, up to 80 minutes, by one of our experienced photographers (see additional details listed below) $575
Couples' Retreat Package (#3) is extremely popular and nicely priced for adding a flair of elegance and popular services such as officiating services, bridal bouquet and boutonniere, decorative flowers, rose petals,up to 90 minutes of professional photography, iPod player or full sound system for ceremony music with microphone (as needed) and sand ceremony unity set, all with customized, package set-up (see additional details listed below) $1095
Standard Officiant Services (#1) is also offered ala carte and is a complete service that incorporates helpful guidance, resources, and suggestions for ceremony services, customizing and officiating nuptials, copy of marriage vows, keepsake certificate, and filing of marriage license after ceremony at the county clerk's office to be officially recorded (couple applies for initial marriage license) $325
*We also offer a large array of popular ala carte services which can be nicely incorporated into any ceremony (see ala carte list below packages).

1. Standard Officiant Services To beautifully coordinate and perform vows and celebratory traditions for weddings, renewal vows, or commitment ceremonies with any number of guests-$325
Officiant services include:
*A rehearsal ceremony for up to an hour of ceremony preparation can be added for a small additional fee
*For only an extra $250 for our special discounted 80 minute package, you can add a professional photography package for beautiful, edited professional photography to any officiant services booking (includes a minimum of 100 high quality digital photographs taken per hour with full release, all beautifully edited poses on CD).
2. Officiant Services and 80 minutes of photography
One of our most popular packages for ceremonies that don't require package set up to coordinate, perform and beautifully capture vows with high quality photography. Includes assistance with incorporating celebratory traditions into ceremonies for weddings, renewal vows, or commitment ceremonies with any number of guests-$575

3. Couples' Retreat Package
An elegant inclusive package which nicely incorporates a variety of valued services and general assistance with coordinating vows and traditions and officiating nuptials, basic set-up, and includes lots of beautiful flowers, professional photography, and music for any number of guests. Fee includes all delivery, set-up, break-down and coordinating of package services-$1095
Package Includes:
Bridal bouquet and boutonniere (customized)
iPod player (or upgrade to full sound system with microphone for $40 which includes music engineering by staff) with excellent sound quality for ceremony music (iPod and playlist need to be downloaded and provided by couple and generally played through easy remote access by a member of the ceremony party unless other arrangements are made)
Sand ceremony unity set or alternate unity set with decorative shells and shiny stones for up to families of 5 (all items included)
*A rehearsal ceremony for up to an hour of ceremony preparation can be added for an additional, discounted fee
*Note: This package does not include any required site permits and couple is responsible for application, fees, and securing of ceremony site. Many beaches do not require permits with minimal/smaller set up and groups of 25 or less. Arrangement of larger items is not included in the package services, but items and additional services and decorations can be added ala carte with a package booking. A small amount of chairs can be added to package at rate listed in ala carte services below. Fee may be increased with larger orders to cover time, delivery, set-up and processing. Three weeks notice is required to add most items for proper coordinating of services.
**Add a additional half hour of photography for only $90 or one hour for $180 (offer valid with package bookings only)
4. Professional Photography
We offer beautiful, professional, comprehensive photography packages at hourly rates for weddings, events, and engagement sessions starting as low as $195/hr. Most of our couples opt for our special 80 minute minimum package (1 hour and 20 minutes) for the incredible discounted rate of only $250.

**The 80 minute minimum package is strongly suggested for couples looking for close to or slightly over an hour of photography to assure enough time is allocated for your special ceremony and all the beautiful pictures afterward, which is greatly affected by the actual start time of event and the amount of pictures desired around the ceremony site.

5. Ala Carte Items A customized package with valued ala carte items of choice can be customized and arranged beautifully for your special event, at almost any location in San Diego (price generally includes any local pick-up, basic set-up, and break down when booked concurrently with officiant services/packages. All ala carte orders must be in conjunction with officiant services or packages. Additional fees will be assessed for larger items and/or items that require employee attendance

6. Pre-Marital Consultation/Blessing/ Prayer Ceremonies We can offer and arrange pre-marital consultation, special prayers and blessings for babies, sick individiuals, and homes to offer comfort, support, and inspiration.
Premarital Consultation-(It is often helfpul to have at least one session of pre-marital consulting to help assure everything is on the right track) -

Babies/Individuals-(Quoted Rate)
Fast Fact: Marriage licenses need to be obtained by the couple at a California County Clerk's office or through a notary public. We are happy to file your marriage license back at the county clerk's office after the ceremony for official processing and recording. To submit a deposit to secure officiant services, wedding packages, photography or ala carte items, please use the PayPal button below and type in the deposit amount according to the rates listed.

Securing Services
If full payment has not been received, a non-refundable deposit is collected at the time the services are booked with our company. For payments made in full, the portion of the fee that equals the required deposit is non-refundable. A deposit must be received to officially secure services, and all remaining balances need to be collected no later than 30 days before scheduled event to assure services can be provided. No payment arrangements are made to collect fees after the event.
Event Date Transfer
Events may be transferred to another available date with at least three weeks notice prior to original event date with no penalties within one year of the original event date, and services rates are subject to the current fee schedule at the time services are re-scheduled. Refund policies are the same as listed above. Package transfers and items in package are not eligible for changes or for any refunds with less than 3 weeks notice.
Payment Deadlines and Policies
**All remaining balances are due no later than 4 weeks prior to your scheduled event.If booking less than 4 weeks before event, we kindly request that a full payment be submitted at the time services are being secured to assure services can be coordinated and provided on the day of your event.
All remaining balances must be paid in full prior to the scheduled event in order for San Diego Tropical Ceremonies and Diamond Events Photography to provide services on the day of the scheduled event. Payments are not excepted after providing services, and services will not be provided if payment has not been submitted in full prior to ceremony. Non-payment of remaining balance or payment submitted less than 30 days before event which hinders ability to secure services is also subject to event cancellation.
Package Substitutions
Packages may only be completely substituted from one package to another with a minimum of 30 days notice. After this time, current packages can only have services modified with 3 weeks notice.
In packages, we can substitute or subtract up to 2 items, with at least 4 weeks notice. We can also add items in, and modify the number of chairs with at least 3 weeks notice or upon booking.
When Penalties May Apply
Penalties may apply if event starts more than a half hour after scheduled time and if additional photography/event time needs to be compensated. In this circumstance, services are also subject to ending by the original agreed upon timeframe, regardless of how much time couple participated in services to be complete on time. Multiple bookings often occur in one day and service providers need to arrive at alternate destinations by a given time.
In the rare event of cancellation, the policy is as follows:
For payments made in full, the portion of the fee that equals the required deposit is non-refundable. If full payment has not been submitted, a non-refundable deposit is collected at the time the services are booked with our company. Sixty-one days or more notice before the scheduled event is required to receive a full refund on any paid remaining balance. Thirty-one to sixty days notice before event is required to receive a 50% refund on any remaining balance, and no refund is available for remaining balances paid or notice given 30 or less days before the scheduled event.
